Her extensive hands-on experience enables her to help surgery centers build efficient, compliant, and high-performing organizations that deliver exceptional patient care.
Patricia has successfully guided ambulatory surgery centers through the complexities of AAAHC and Joint Commission accreditation, helping facilities establish best practices, maintain regulatory compliance, and prepare confidently for surveys. Her practical, collaborative approach ensures that surgery centers not only meet accreditation standards but also develop operational systems that support long-term success.
